these people are awesome and very knowledgeable! they work fast and almost immediately respond to any questions or problems. they call and let you know whats happening every step of the way and of any changes. They are well worth the money! esp. if you havent filed in a few years and dont know too much about taxes. I would most definitely recommend Total Tax before anyone else! Dont waste your money anywhere else!

My experience with Total Tax from my first inquiry to my last, was very professional, personable, straightforward, honest and smooth flowing. After my first online inquire I was contacted by Tamar directly to discuss my tax needs. She listened very closely and together we agreed on a plan to move forward. The online process of signing paperwork and sending secure documents is very quick and easy to use. The body of work was competed by a professional well educated team. I was very tax ignorant going into this process. Angie knew all the right questions to ask, was kind, extremely communicative and patient throughout my entire process. She even went above and beyond to help instill some education along the way. My case manager Steve also kept me well informed and made signing the necessary documents easy to understand. Also a giant thank you to client service accounting department. As my case was closing some of the anticipated services were not required. Prior to my last payment my statement was adjusted to reflect the exact services. This is something I didn’t even have to request, it was simply done. Impressive.
