Fantastic customer service experience. I made a snafu and was afraid I would have to provide all this extra information and it would be a hassle. They answered in under 24 hours and took care of my problem asap without any issues.

The iPhone 16 Pro desert titanium is beautiful to look at, but slippery to hold. With the Totallee clear case, it's still beautiful to look at, but no longer slippery to hold. The product is exactly as described. Plus the customer service people are great.

Got my case super fast and it looks like in the pictures

I ordered a case for the wrong model, with me living all the way at the other end of the globe. Totallee sorted me out and sent the right case I needed, hassle-free. The case itself is great quality, precision-fit. I intend to buy my cases from them from now onwards.

The phone case is not to my liking but that a personal choice. It may be suitable to many other users; for the cases you can visit their website. However, I would like to say that their customer service is top top quality; very prompt and will quickly address any concern you may have on your order or quality.

TBH, my initial response on opening the package was one of ‘Did I pay £26 for this’?, however, my concerns disappeared as soon as I put my new iPhone SE into the Totallee thin case! It looks mint! One word of caution, when you marry up the phone to the case BE CAREFUL and ensure that all four corners are lined up prior to pushing in the phone. I did I not do this resulting in the bottom left of the new case being left with a little crease! It’s not a disaster and does not affect the look nor the protection side of the case, but it can be avoided if you take your time when fitting it. Once on, the case is virtually invisible but with a nice comforting feel to it. It does not in anyway make the phone ‘look like it has a case on it’. Without doubt, it is for me, probably the best phone case I have had over the years, it looks and feels great. I cannot comment as to how the case will protect your phone should you drop it as for me, I have not yet dropped mine! The final point to add is TOTALLEE give a two year warranty on the case.
