After 6 months all the 3 cases I purchased and used on rotation, few weeks each, stretched and become too big fir the phone. Loose and in fact now scratching the phone insted of protecting it
The thinnest iPhone case, best Galaxy case, and most minimal Pixel case for $25. Our quality case adds extra grip and protection. All cases include a 2-year warranty.

Purchased the Scarf - first one stretched out in the first months to the point where it would not stay on the phone. They replaced the first one, and the replacement stretched out in four months. Keep in mind, I do not take the case on and off, so the plastic should not fatigue that quickly. They refused to replace the replacement citing "You've already received a replacement". Buyer beware. Your case will stretch out and will no longer fit.

I bought three Scarf cases. Two of them — the iPhone 17 Pro in cosmic orange and the iPhone Air in frosted black — stretched out with normal use until the phone no longer sits tight and slides around inside. That's not a case any more, it's a loose sleeve. The third one is still fine, so this isn't about how I treat them. Totallee advertises a 2-year warranty and a free replacement. What that means in practice is that you pay $17.99 to have replacements shipped to you. For a fault in their product, on a $70-ish pair of cases, that's a third of the value out of my pocket — and the replacement is the same case that already failed, so there's every chance I'd be paying again in a few months. I asked whether they would refund the two faulty cases instead. That question was never answered. Two different agents replied, both with the same cheerful paragraph about the shipping fee, neither addressing what I'd actually asked. Very fast replies, very polite, entirely beside the point. The cases look good when they're new. But a case that loosens until it stops holding the phone has failed at its one job, and a warranty you have to pay for isn't much of a warranty. I'd rather spend the money with a company that fixes its own defects.

Bought 2 cases for iphone 17pro - frosted scrad and each after about 4 months no longer tight fit and very loose. These guys do great packaging but you can easily get the same quality of Temu or Aliexpress. Don’t get fooled.

Unbelievably thin case, the Scarf, and of very high quality. Also very impressive packaging, stylish and elegant design. I certainly will recommend this company to my friends, colleagues and students.

Very poor quality cases for these price points. Mine lasted like 4 months as the heat coming from the 17 pro loosened the material...

The cover cracked after a drop of only about 30 inches within a few days of use. I requested a replacement, but the second cover cracked again within one day after a minor drop from a vanity. I then requested a refund due to the poor quality, but I still have not received one. Matt keeps giving the same response: “Our warranty only covers one replacement, so I won’t be able to send you another one,” even though I am not asking for another replacement. My refund request is being ignored entirely. Based on the lack of durability and the terrible customer service, I would not recommend this product. This all happened within two weeks of the original order. I will have to initiate a refund from my credit company if this does not get resolved. Waste of money

Avoid Totallee, especially if you’re ordering from outside the US. We ordered a couple of phone cases to Spain on March 16. They shipped via USPS with no tracking at all. Two weeks later, we received a letter saying we had to drive 20 minutes to pick up the package. My girlfriend went to collect it, waited for 2 hours, and was then told she had to pay import fees to receive it. She tried to pay by card, but the post office only accepts cash. She didn’t have any, and she also doesn’t have a card that allows ATM withdrawals. So she came back home. The next day, I emailed them to explain the situation and asked if they could simply deliver it to our home address instead. They replied saying they aren’t responsible for import fees, which is apparently mentioned somewhere in their terms and conditions. I then asked for a refund since they’ll likely end up receiving the product back anyway. They said they would issue a refund minus the shipping costs once the items are returned. Here’s a tip: if you’re going to sell internationally, why not just handle import duties upfront for your customers? They use Shopify, which has plenty of one-click apps that automatically calculate and collect import duties at checkout. This is also a service offered by most major shipping companies. We’ve already spent hours dealing with this over two phone cases that probably cost them about $2 to make…
