I purchased two units from TOSOT. I had a small issue with one of the units during install and contacted their support department. I received an immediate response and the issue was resolved immediately. Great company with outstanding support. I highly recommend TOSOT if you are looking for a quality product at a great price.

Tosot was incredibly responsive to inquiries during the whole install process and if they couldn't answer a question right away they would always get back to me. Incredible customer service is what I experienced. I took my time to install 2 units over the course of 2 months and as a diy I wanted to make sure I did it right the first time. The units work great which makes the whole family happy.

I bought an 18K unit to replace a different brand in my garage, The TOSOT unit is way better looking and fit perfectly in the old unit's location. Installation was straight forward and saved me thousands. The customer service provided by Mason was outstanding. Answered all my questions effectively and most importantly in a timely manner. I highly recommend this unit.

Great RV Air Conditioner. Plenty of power, multiple settings and super quiet. The heat in southern New Mexico was not an issue with the Tosot. The app worked great, giving us an extra 'remote' and providing us with good information and control. The auto function was especially useful at night.

2 years ago I purchased 4 mini split units from TOSOT for our home. Installation went smoothly. They have saved us ~30% on our power bill. My wife and I find these units are far more powerful and better than the Daiken units many places want to sell you (we have friends with Daiken units). I recently had an issue with one of the indoor units making a small squeaking noise. I contacted TOSOT for warranty and after a few emails with videos of the problem they promptly shipped out a brand new indoor unit to replace the squeaking one. Yes, I will be doing the work to change out the unit. I suppose if you are not handy or don’t have HVAC experience it could be annoying to call someone out to change the unit. I just very much appreciated them honoring the warranty and having good customer service as this seems to be an issue for many other companies nowadays.
