Thank you for your review. Our site does in fact say when we don't ship it from our own warehouse. All products which ship from the manufacturer are listed as "Ships in X days", where X is 1-2 in almost all cases. We also calculate shipping rates (if not free shipping) and shipping time from the manufacturer's warehouse since that can be on the other side of the country in some cases.

Hello, this is the CEO and owner of the company, Tim, replying. I'm sorry that you were expecting to get a phone call from me about installing your phone mount into your 911. I was not aware this was the case, since my team did speak to you on the phone multiple times, sent you the install video from Rennline, gave you the contact information for their technical support line and thus were of the understanding that if all that didn't work out to help you, we could escalate internally here. Rennline is definitely best equipped to provide technical support for a specific car since we do not have your generation of 911 amongst our employees to directly debug the issue you were having. When we do have that model available, we do our best to help, but we simply don't have that one here. I will circle back with my team to ensure that we don't have such a misunderstanding going forward. Thanks again for your order and we look forward to serving you in the future.

Glad you had a great experience. We did ship this item 3 hours after the order was placed using USPS Priority, which is a 3-day service to your zip code, but for whatever reason USPS held the item for an extra day. This is unfortunately happening more since last summer due to USPS logistics and we are working to ensure that we do what we can to avoid this. Thanks again for your order.

Hi Joel B, We would be happy to help you if you contact customer service about this with your order number. What part was missing in your order? Update to your update: could I ask you to contact our customer service to get this fixed? Please respond to your order email or send an email to [email protected] . We can resolve this, but need to know exactly for which order this is and it’s best not to do this publicly here. More than likely they manufacturer of whatever part left the screw out, since we don’t add screws separately to any parts really. Regards, Tim
