This company took my money and never shipped the item. They’ve also refused to respond to my many requests about when the item would ship. I initially received the item, but it was defective and broke. I reached out to Toronata and they offered to send a replacement. They did charge me 50% of the full original price to ship me the replacement, so basically they just gave me a 50% discount on a new item. With that being said, I agreed to the replacement and the price. They immediately sent me a payment request and I paid it immediately. That was on 1/18/2024. I realized on 2/8/2024 that I had not received the item yet, so I reached out by email and waited a couple of days and there was absolutely no response from them. I reached out again, by email, on 2/10/2024 asking about when the item would ship and again, absolutely no response whatsoever. I tried multiple times over the next several days, through their live online chat, and never get any response at all. On 2/15/2024 I tried to contact them by phone, using the number on their website, which forced me to use the WhatsApp app. I sent a message asking about the item, that I paid for already, and once again, no response whatsoever from them. On 2/24/2024 (today) I tried reaching out to them once again, through their online chat, to give them one last chance to even respond before leaving this review. You guessed it, crickets! I also called the number on their site and it just rang and no one ever answered and no option for voicemail. When I initially contacted them about the replacement, they responded immediately on the first attempt. But, once I paid them money for the replacement, they never sent the item and are impossible to contact, by any means. And I’ve been trying over and over and they are just ignoring me completely, even after receiving my money. I guess my only available option at this point is to contact my bank and file a dispute for the money they took from me. Please stay far away from this company!

Your website is not efficient or effective. Very confusing ended up having 2 orders for the same product. Cannot return the other one very disappointed.

My case was very delayed in arriving. UPS kept changing it. When I finally received my case, I was disappointed that the magnetic closure flap was very weak, to the point of not functional. I immediately requested a return label. It's been a week and no response. I emailed info desk to inquire days ago, nothing back. I tried chat and no one is there. You do not list a phone number. SO FRUSTRATING! I will light up social media soon with my experience if I cannot get an answer.

One month and a half later, the order never showed up. Tracking number provided keeps showing a label created in Turkey, but nothing else. Customer service is very slow to respond, not offering a satisfactory solution.

They sent me the wrong product. Did not answer my requests to chat. I sent several emails. It tooks weeks for them to respond. Then they wanted a video of the product to prove it was not the correct item.

I was sent the wrong size case. It was beautiful, but about half an inch larger. I thought: maybe I made a mistake and made sure to order the correct size. When second case came -was exactly the same size as the first one. I decided that it needs inner case and ordered a third one ( without wallet) . It was exactly the same size as the first two. I was told that two out of three orders are my mistake and I will not get money back but a store credit. What am I to do with the store credit? Order another beautiful but huge case?

Very heavy. Color did not reflect the color on the site. Disappointing.

Case doesn't work properly. Piece of junk. Toranato doesn't answer their emails. I tried to return it. I couldn't do it. Liars and scammers. I am glad I used paypal or I wouldn't have gotten my money back. Don't buy anything from them. Hugely upset!!
