We never have received it
We never have received it. A package was delivered but it had underwear in it. I want a refund. I even paid for second day

No customer service.
The day after placing the order I received a tracking number. The delivery window stated was 7 to 10 days. After 9 days I could see that it had not shipped yet. I sent an email to the address provided by Toronata (there is no phone support with this company) to see when it would ship but received no response. I sent 2 separate emails with no response. At 10 days it still had not shipped. I cancelled payment through my bank and ordered my phone case from Nomad

I did not receive my I phone wallet
I did not receive my I phone wallet. I only received a ripped open empty package. And after many attempts to contact the company about my empty package, I have not heard from them. I am disappointed in their customer service and will stop payment. And would never order from them again.

Poor customer service…
It seems impossible to communicate with this company. I paid for express shipping (2-4 days) and the item arrived 9 days later. Tried to contact a few times through the site with no response.
