Thank you for sharing your feedback, Tad. We appreciate you trusting Torodo Logistics with the transportation of your family heirloom secretary, and we’re glad the shipment arrived on time. We’re sorry to learn of your concern regarding one of the wheels. The service agreement for this shipment provided for our team to wrap, load, transport, and deliver the piece, with unloading to be handled by the customer. Although unloading was not included in the original booking, our team assisted at delivery when additional help was needed. Our agreement also clearly requires the customer to fully inspect the shipment upon delivery and to report and document any concerns before our crew departs. No concern regarding the wheel was reported or documented at delivery, and the issue was not brought to the attention of our office before this review was posted. As a result, Torodo Logistics was not given the opportunity to inspect or document the reported issue at the time of delivery. Finally, while you referenced receiving multiple review requests, only one review request was sent for this shipment. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure our service terms and customer communications are clearly understood.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad your item arrived safely and undamaged, and that you found our delivery team courteous and professional. We understand your concern regarding the packing method. During booking, you were advised that bubble wrap would be used. After evaluating the item, our field team determined that protective moving blankets and securement were the more appropriate method for transportation. We acknowledge that this change should have been explained more clearly. Regarding delivery timing, the estimated arrival changed during transit. When our team provided the updated arrival time, you agreed to receive the shipment after midnight rather than rescheduling for the following day. We appreciate your flexibility, though we recognize that more proactive updates leading up to delivery would have improved the overall experience. Thank you for your business and for sharing your feedback. We’re using your comments to improve how we communicate packing decisions, shipment updates, and changes in arrival times.
