Took forever for them to process my order

I would give 5 stars for the glasses I ordered, but considering the actual experience with this order, I should probably give it ZERO stars. I am going to leave it at 3 just because I am generous. People should know that Torege does not respect it's customers. After a week passed from the time I ordered, the status was still saying that the order is processing. I tried to email, text, call and even using the website chat, Torege NEVER responded to any of my communications. The order finally arrived about a month after I ordered, and they still haven't even acknowledged any of my communication attempts. If you want their glasses, order them from Amazon. I do not suggest ordering directly on their website.

Wrong color.

Wrong color. Cheap feeling

Never received my order, however, my credit card was billed. Sent several emails to customer service, never received a response. Terrible company, absolutely do not recommend. 100% fraudulent.

Their glasses are decent quality. Have tried a couple different models and they work well especially in salt water. Coating does not come off like some do. Only issue is shipping, takes awhile to get them!
