Do not trust this company. If they ship your order at all it takes weeks to months and they do not respond to emails or questions at all. Nightmare. I ordered multiple pairs on August 30, with shipping expected in a few days. No contact for 2 weeks. I asked them about the status of my order, and they finally shipped 2/6 of the pairs I ordered. They said the other pairs I ordered were out of stock and they'd send them when they're back in stock. Those pairs were listed as in stock when I ordered. I told them to just cancel the order, I no longer wanted the missing pairs. No response. Tried 2 more times. No response. My money was being held hostage by them essentially. I've filed a credit card dispute now, so we'll see how it goes. Please save yourself the headache.

Sunglasses are great but took over a month to receive them. I totally thought I was getting ripped off then they were delivered. I’ll order more soon.

Amazing sunglasses at an affordable price! Just be prepared to wait for over a month to receive your order, but if you reach out to them, they will contact you withing 24 hrs.

No customer service

Their glasses are fantastic. But this time, this order, they shipped a week after what I paid for and there were no updates. So much so that I thought I had maybe paid on a fake/fraudulent site. But did finally receive the glasses. And they are awesome and inexpensive.

I placed an order for some sunglasses. I received an order but not for the pair I ordered. I reached out to the company via email and via the online chat and have received no response. I have owned sunglasses from this brand in the past and the product is great, but it’s been a few weeks since receiving the incorrect order with no response from the company. Honestly I just want the glasses I ordered.
