Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Our management reviewed your support request and found that the payment was declined by your card issuer or payment provider. The decline didn’t come from TorBox. Because the bank or provider makes that decision, we’re unable to override it on our side. To resolve this, we recommend contacting your bank to confirm the charge is authorized, or trying a different payment method at checkout. If you run into any further trouble, please reply to your support ticket and we’ll be glad to help.

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry about the buffering. This can sometimes happen on our end, and we’re actively working on improving streaming speeds. If you open a support ticket with your location and CDN, we’ll gladly look into it for you.
