Hello, The only charge we apply is a minimal transaction fee. Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the rate exchange, that is also imposed by the local operator. The processing fee and the potential VAT are clearly stated on the checkout page, however the exchange rate can only be known after the credit is sent. Your TopUp team
