Top Notch Co Lighting & IrrigationReviews of topnotchlandscapelighting.com

16 days after placing my order, I received an e-mail asking me "Order # ______: How did it go?". Here was my response: [It has gone quite badly, it seems to me. You have not shipped my order, as far as I can tell from your website. I have checked the order page and there is no tracking number or anything to say which carrier you contracted. There was only a shipping date (one day after the order date) and a link that I could click to see the tracking #, but clicking it just led back to the order page, where no tracking information is available. About 10 days after my order was placed, and about 9 days after your website said it was shipped, I called. The person who answered (surprising to actually talk to a human) said he was away from his desk and couldn't talk to me then. When I called 2 hours later, he said that he couldn't deal with me over the phone, that I should send an e-mail. The next day, he e-mailed to let me know the order would go out the next day. The next day, when I checked the order page, nothing had changed, except that the shipping date had been deleted, and now there was nothing on the website to say it was shipped at all. In the days since, the order page did not change. There was still no evidence there that the item was ever shipped. Then I received this e-mail asking whether my ordering experience had been good. It included a link to click if my order hadn't arrived. Clicking it, took me to a page which suggests that I might want to set a reminder to check back in a week. It says literally nothing else. No indication whether the item has been shipped, or is ever going to be. I am beginning to suspect that this is a scam. If I don't hear from you Monday, with some actual shipping information, I will contact my credit card company to cancel the payment and I will leave feed back on Trust Pilot, and other review sites describing my experience.] On Monday, I got notice that the item had shipped, with a tracking #. The number didn't work, but I gave it another day, and on Tuesday, the number started to work. My order arrived 4 days later. Overall, this was a perfectly satisfactory transaction. getting my order 3 weeks after ordering was fine for my situation. I'm just left with a bad taste because there was such poor communication. Did they have to wait for stock to come in? Were they swamped, and couldn't get to it for 2 weeks? Did they wait until I showed that I wasn't going to forget about it? Was it something else?

These PVC fittings made my landscape lighting installation incredibly easy. Every piece fit perfectly, with no warping or sizing issues, and the quality was clearly top-notch. I’m extremely satisfied with how smoothly everything came together and will definitely return for future project needs.

I still have not received the correct landscape lightbulb. This is the third time I have brought this to your attention and you still have done nothing about it. Doesn’t say much about your customer service.

Great to find the lights when no one else had them

Easy to order and find.

These ground lights are built to last! I’ve had them installed for a few months now, and they’ve handled heavy rain and extreme heat without any issues. The light is warm and welcoming, making my outdoor space look professionally designed. Super happy with my purchase!

These lights exceeded my expectations! The brass design gives them a high-end look, and the LED bulbs produce a beautiful, focused light that makes my landscaping stand out. Even after a few weeks of heavy rain and wind, they still work perfectly. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors!
