Actually, I have applied and filled form for a couple of roles and companies but never heard back from them. I know it's obvious that I can't directly get a call even after referrals but yes till now it's very dry. Maybe in future I get some opportunities.

Update: Payment eventually came through nearly 2 weeks after the session. The issue was resolved but the timeline is something to be aware of as a new creator on the platform I set up my mentorship page on Topmate, delivered a paid session, and two weeks later, still no payment. Not because of anything I did wrong but because their ID verification process has dragged on with no clear timeline and no real communication. I did the work, showed up for my client and ensured that they were happy with my service and that should have been enough. If you're a mentor thinking about using this platform, please anticipate that there may be a delay in terms of logistics as I have experienced for myself

Everything about the platform is great – the website UI is smooth, and the speed is perfect for a digital seller. The only issue I've faced is unresponsive customer service and significant delays in withdrawals. However, the co-founder assured me that after my account verification, I won’t face these problems moving forward.

I've overall been satisfied, but I do have several issues with the platform. 1. Multiple people complained about the payment not being successful, leading to lost money on cancelled sessions. 2. The landing page could use a more professional design, without unnecesary animations that don't contribute anything to the function nor aesthetics. 3. Transactions take way too long with paypal, though hopefull this will improve soon. 4. It would be cool to have a possibility that people leave a video testimonial.

NOT glad with the experience, somewhat satisfying There is no option to connect with anyone from Topmate on a more interactive basis. Even when i post a query, it usually takes 1-2 days for a response, and then any follow-ups are also high-effort tasks. When i created webinars, the posters i get for social media promotion are lame and unattractive. And there are errors in that. I would have liked more personalised connects with someone from Topmate team for better experience.
