Took 500 Rs for one-one session. App is not friendly, got a message for rescheduling of meet and since then no contact and the expert didnt join call. Its a bullshit app and customer support also doesnt help, genuinely such scamming applications should be publically exposed.

Experts never join the call or rescheduling all the time ..very bad experience

I have tried this platform 3-4 times and everytime I booked a call the expert doesn't join. This is the real problem with this platform. Experts just then reschedule the call or we get refund after 7 days. This is frustrating and waste lot of time.

SCAMMERS !!! I had been using Topmate for a while and recently requested a withdrawal of $6 on 30-31st August, which according to their policy should have been processed within 7 days. However, I never received the amount, and despite reaching out to their support team multiple times, there was no resolution. To make matters worse, they have now closed my account without any explanation and have refused to release my pending amount. I also had $24 more in my account, which I intended to withdraw, but now it seems I have lost access to my funds entirely. This is highly unprofessional, and I no longer trust this platform. I would not recommend Topmate to anyone looking for reliable service or timely payouts

Dear Rizwan, We apologize for any inconvenience caused and truly regret your experience. As a platform, we have specific guidelines in place that prohibit certain types of products or services from being offered. These restrictions were clearly outlined when you signed up for your Topmate account. Unfortunately, the products you were offering breach these terms, leaving us no option but to take action. As a result, all pending sales have been canceled, and refunds are being initiated. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Best regards, The Topmate Team

I would give the -5 stars if I could. They sell mis -advertised junk. Their "mobility scooter" is a toy. They want me to spend $100 to ship it back. They sell through Walmart. Avoid BOTH places.

Hi Steph, we don't sell 'Mobility Scooter'. You mistaken us for a different company with similar name. The company that you are referring to is topmate.cc and we are topmate.io Request you to please correct this feedback.
