The word I used to describe our session was "mind shifting". And what I mean by that is that you totally helped me sort out my thoughts, focus on what's important and kind of prioritise what I really think / actually need right now. So then we had a perfect base to "shift my mind" towards the important factors that impact my life the most at the moment. I loved the breathwork / meditation at the beginning. Thank you for taking the time and listening to me so perfectly. I really appreciate it.
