I came to Vineeta with a complicated O-1A petition and a lot of conflicting advice from other attorneys. One had told me my situation was nearly unworkable; others said it was fine. She cut through all of it in a single session. What stood out was how specific and direct she was. She knew the nuances of my situation cold, gave me a clear recommendation on the filing path with real reasoning behind it, and explained exactly how to handle the issue I'd been most worried about. No hedging, no vague reassurance, just a practical plan I could act on. She also followed up afterward with a written summary of the two things I still needed to finalize, which was genuinely helpful. If you're a founder navigating an O-1A, especially with any complexity in your situation, she's worth it.

Great talk and work again with Monika.
