Very good platform to clarity and free guidance from experts

When I entered the software field, I had very little understanding of the different career paths available to me. I had always been interested in healthcare, but I assumed that pursuing a career combining healthcare and technology might not be possible. My conversation with Venkat completely changed that perspective. He is one of the most insightful people I have had the opportunity to speak with. He helped me understand that technology and healthcare can go hand in hand and that there are meaningful career opportunities at the intersection of both fields. Venkat explained the industry landscape, the different classifications of healthcare-related roles, and the boundaries and expectations associated with them in a very clear and structured way. He also guided me on how to navigate the healthcare job market, identify suitable roles, and think strategically about the positions I should target. What I appreciated most was that he encouraged me to reflect on my own interests, strengths, likes, and dislikes. He asked me to think about where I could see myself in five years and whether I would still enjoy a particular type of work if I continued doing it for a prolonged period. Those questions helped me look beyond simply finding a job and think more carefully about building a sustainable and fulfilling career. He also shared valuable insights about H-1B sponsorship, visa considerations, and the opportunities available to international students in the United States. His guidance was both realistic and motivating, and it helped me understand what may be achievable with the right planning and direction. I am extremely grateful that I had the opportunity to speak with Venkat. The conversation gave me greater clarity, confidence, and motivation about my career path. I will definitely stay in touch with him and look forward to speaking with him again.

Very good it helped me to grow spiritually and connect me with my hidden power and myself
