This Company is very sketchy
This Company is very sketchy. i called to inquire about funding for a tow truck and when i asked where were they located (to insure they were in the united states ) they refused to tell me. seconds later while on trustpilot i saw the address and repeated it back to the rep on the phone and they refused to confirm or deny if that was there address, which i might add did not inculde a state. so i just said thanks and hung up

Stay away.
They are crooks. They will quote you on the phone 1 interest rate, not be able to secure that rate, charge your credit card to find funding and can’t deliver at the initial rate. They will not refund. People looking for financing be ware.

Complete Scam!
This company is a complete scam. After reporting the APR on the proposed loan and prior to completing the loan application, I requested to close the loan application because I found a better loan elsewhere. The company refused to close the loan and refund $3400 in charges. This is criminal.

Horrible company
Horrible company, the rate was insane and you can’t even get answers about anything from them. Then they keep calling and emailing to harass you after the fact. Go with any other company.

LETTER OF INTENT (LOI)
The statement on the contract states Balance Due Upon Final Approval: $amount. However, you will not receive a actual Final Approval until you send the money and it goes back to underwriting and you then have to meet any and all requirements from underwriting. If for any reason you send money in advance to TopMark the fine print states, Enter into a funded finance agreement for any reason, the Documentation Fee and all other authorized upfront payments, and/or upfront balance amounts paid to TopMark related to the transaction will become non-refundable. If you request a refund, the representative will tell you the funds will be applied to another transaction and it is non-refundable and can be used when you reapply.

BEWARE
BEWARE! This is a scam. Unprofessional. Steered us to their "preferred" vendor which has been a nightmare. Once they get their fees, they will ghost you if there are any problems. You cannot stay far enough away from Topmark. BEWARE!

Poorly handled from start to stop
Poorly handled from start to stop. We were pushed us into using his "good guy" at Exodus Trucks for the Semi Purchase even after I specifically told him not too. Trucks were billed as Certified. Received the units damaged and in need of brakes, electronic disrepair, failed DOT Inspections. Reached out to my loan specialist and he walked back all his personal backing after forcing the close of the loan. This is NOT how you treat customers folks. Terrible.
