Topiom’s customer service is exceptional. We purchased a Topiom water tower in March 2021 and in early 2022 the paddle stopped turning properly. I reached out to Topiom who asked me to send a video and within a day they’d diagnosed the problem and issued a replacement part together with a video explaining how to replace it. The rower itself is a great piece of equipment and very easy to assemble. Knowing that Topiom have a team ready and willing to help if you have any issues is very reassuring

Mein Rudergerät besitze ich schon seit über einem Jahr und ich bin immer noch sehr begeistert. Es steht bei mir im Wohnzimmer und da das Holz die selbe Farbe wie meine Möbel hat, fügt es sich perfekt in den Raum ein und wirkt wie ein extravagantes Möbelstück. Das Trainieren ist zu jeder Tages- oder Nachtzeit möglich, da beim Rudern lediglich ein beruhigendes Wassergeräusch entsteht. Es werden dadurch garantiert keine Nachbarn gestört. Ich hätte mich wahrscheinlich nicht getraut, so ein teures und sperriges Gerät über das Internet zu bestellen, aber durch die angebotene mehrwöchige Testphase hat Topiom bei mir das nötige Vertrauen geschaffen, diesen Schritt zu tun. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Sowohl während als auch nach der Testphase hatte ich Kontakt zu den Service-Mitarbeiterinnen. Meine Fragen wurden stets zeitnah und rundum zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Vielen Dank, Topiom! Ich werde euch gerne weiter empfehlen.

I'm very pleased with my Topiom rowing machine. Very easy to assemble. Quiet and almost relaxing noise while rowing. 'm already addicted to it. Trying to row 5km a day. I could only ask for bigger screen on monitor but that's not a big issue. Thank you guys!

The machine is well built and very pleasant to use. Minor complaint about the squeaky noise the bench makes. Other than that, wonderfull.

I first spotted this type of rowing machine while watching the USA version of House of Cards starring the disgraced Kevin Spacey. What a cool machine! Man, I must get one of those. But as I do a lot of outdoor exercise, it took me quite a while to buy my first piece of indoor exercise equipment. I look on this rowing machine as a mental health as well as physical exercise. It’s sublime to glide like a rower, water gently swishing by, as I start my day. It’s a peace of mind thing, while exercising. The rowing machine is a classy bit of furniture too. Everyone who visits admires it … and tries it. They all love it. Really glad I purchased this rowing machine from Topium. Now I did have a couple of hiccups with delivery … but I hasten to add, not Topium’s fault. When notified, the Topium people speedily resolved the issues. Anything can go wrong in any purchase or service, but it’s how the manufacturer/seller deals with the issue, tells you they are concerned about their products and customers. And indeed Topium is that company. I would thoroughly recommend this rowing machine and TOPIUM.
