I think this is a great service offered by TopResume. Heather C was a great interview coach! She offered detailed feedback in regards to my demeanor, my responses, and just pretty much how I was throughout the interview. Also, I'm glad she was able to record the interview to go back and re-watch and learn from my mistakes. She was very pleasant to speak to and had asked some great questions that would be asked in a real interview. Nick D is a great coach! First he was kind enough to accommodate for our mock interview on a very short notice on a sunday. He has reviewed my resume in depth and prepared well with great questions for our mock interview, I have got an opportunity to practice answering interview questions very customized to my background and position I applied for. I can say he was very experienced and knowledgeable. The best part of the mock interview was the feedback and suggestions. My confidence levels increased after the interview and I would not have done better with out Nick's suggestions. Nick was nice enough to help me negotiate offer and help navigate through a personal situation as I received an offer.

I got interview coaching as an add-on to TopResume and interview coaching ended up being the best part. Nick D was amazing! He was well prepared for our mock interview, spent over an hour with me, and asked mock questions that were directly connected to the roles I wanted. He was well-informed and knew interviewers's trending questions. He gave constructive criticism, great tips, and even e-mailed me additional reading and videos to address my specific weaknesses. I had a surprise interview and he accommodated me on a Sunday with a day or two's notice. He gave me the confidence I needed for the interview and I couldn't be happier with his service.
