I just signed an offer with my dream company, giving me a boost of almost 80% in total annual compensation. This is all thanks to the help of Topresume and Topinterview. I first got the resume package from Topresume because I kept having mental block writing my own resume. At that time I was consulting for a firm but had doubts about job security. Having my resume professionally written was worth every penny I spent because I was able to secure a permanent job with a new firm using the resume that Topresume made for me. The process was very easy, all I did was send Jay (my Topresume writer) the jobs I wanted to apply for and he tailored my resume according to those job descriptions. A few months after securing that job, I found myself being recruited to a new firm. This time I did not want to screw the interview process because of the potential salary increase, so I sought the help of Topinterview. Nick (my coach) was wonderful! Nick recorded our mock interview session and gave me feedback immediately. He also gave me written feedback a couple days later with examples on how to answer typical questions. He covered many aspects of the job interview and application process (how to answer tricky questions, salary negotiations, etc) and I managed again to secure the job! The coaching session and feedback by Nick were vital in my interview preparations and the feedback I got from the hiring manager and HR was that all 6 of my interviewers enjoyed the talking to me! Interestingly, I was asked by almost interviewer some of the tricky questions that Nick had previously coached me on, and I was able to ace the interviews. I will be starting in a few weeks and can't wait! The coaching and resume-writing I had with this provider are one of the best things I've ever purchased and I will definitely be recommending the service to everyone.

I will start a new job in 2019 as a HR Director.
