Auto-Renewed Without Consent, Poor Fulfillment, No Refund
I subscribed to TopDawg’s Premier plan but stopped using the service shortly after due to poor fulfillment — frequent order cancellations, extremely delayed deliveries, and in some cases, no delivery at all. These issues nearly cost me my marketplace accounts due to late shipment metrics and customer complaints. Despite this, TopDawg auto-renewed my annual plan without my consent, and when I reached out to cancel, my request was denied. I was still charged through October even though I hadn’t been actively using the platform. After exhausting all options, I filed a chargeback, and in response, they terminated my account and refused any refund or resolution. This experience was both financially and operationally damaging. Sellers beware — TopDawg’s fulfillment issues can put your business at risk, and their billing practices are predatory at best.
