I ordered 2 hats. Both arrived crushed and impossible to fix. They want me to pay for shipping to China even though they sent me hats in a bag and not a box. Avoid doing business with them!!!!

I ordered three hats from them. They promised they would be shipped in boxes, and that shipping would be free for 2 or more hats. The three hats came smashed on top of each other in a bag and were ALL badly crushed. They were also the wrong size AND they charged me more for shipping then the cost of one of the hats! They show pictures of South American hat makers, these are from China with quality to match. AVOID
