The price was better than Amazon. Web site was easy to browse. The only complaint I have the package was never wrapped. Letting people know what was in the box as it sat on my door step. I will buy from ToolUp again, please wrap or place in a plain box.

Ordered a tool with a 4 day lead time. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I called an customer service was going to look into it and get back with me, no response. Waited another week, still nothing. Called customer service, they said the item was on backorder and they would reach out that day with a ship date, no follow up. After over a month since placing the original order, the item finally showed up.
