Shipping was reasonably quick, though had an issue with it being cancelled, and then reshipped as two separate shipments, with the tracking numbers not posted on my account... Only retrieved it through connecting to customer service. But I will say they were super quick to respond! I haven't used the blower with snow yet, but everything seems to be working well. My only reason for only 4 stars is because the box was extremely beat up, making me concerned... And when i opened it i was surprised to see no cardboard cushion on the top of the blower - only on the bottom. The machine has one small cosmetic scratch that seemed to be from rough handling couple with lack of proper protection, but is functional, so no real harm done. But i would suggest a better protected shipping setup.

ToolUp is a legit website and I am a satisfied customer. The site was clear about what was in stock and what would be backordered. I ordered tools in both categories. They shipped what they had in a reasonable amount of time. The backordered stuff took weeks, but I did eventually get everything. Their strong suit is pricing; their weak suit is communication (compared to sites I use regularly). There were no tracking updates. That's a concession I'm willing to make to get some great tools at a great price. In case anyone wonders, I ordered Proto part numbers J3700M, J3764, J3768, and J3772.

Everything turned out to be good, in the beginning I was concerned because the box looked like it had been thrown off a truck and returned a time or two. It wasn’t in a shipping box and no fault to y’all it arrived 31/2 hours late and was just sitting on my steps in the Makita box. A 700$ tool begging to grow legs and walk away. I was shocked it came like that But it all worked out. Thanks, but when buying something this expensive again I would definitely appreciate more discretion. For sure.
