I am a purchasing agent. Contacted them for samples of two products that they carry and was wanting to purchase in lots of 100pc They only have 10pc of each in stock. Concerned whether or not we could get more, I contacted them. I was then assured that we could order more. He was going to get back to me in a few days with the date they would have them in stock again. So, I placed an order for everything that they had in stock that day. 20 pieces total. 10 of each style. They charged, and seven days later, no product! Today I get an email saying that the 20 items we ordered were not in stock, and would I like to continue to wait for them to come back into stock sometime June. In my era, it was called "Bait & Switch" which is.. show you an item, and then send you out the door with a lessor model, brand new in the box! What should we name this new trick?
