I’ve been using it for 3 weeks or so I’m still trying to figure out if it is working or not. But I did miss a week of taking them. So I’m starting again and being consistent. I’ll give it another two weeks

I am very pleased to report no GI side effects that I was nervous about before I started! I also notice, when I normally would be very hungry in the afternoon, before dinner, I no longer am. It’s helped my appetite be more balanced and even more energy! And I’m normally a skeptic with supplements, but this one so far actually works!

I have been trying to lose weight for some time. I've tried various products with limited success or experienced side effects. Motus is working for me! I've lost 8 lbs. in two weeks. It curbs my appetite and I do have more energy. I will continue to use Motus for weight loss.

Hi Barbara. I am sorry motus did not meet your expectations. I looked into your purchase and found that you received the product on Oct 22nd 2025 and wrote your review 14 days later. We make every attempt to set expectations that motus is not a quick fix and certainly not in less than 2 weeks. Most of our clients are seeing changes after 4-6 weeks and significant changes in 3 months.

Sorry to hear that. It may be the nicotinamide. You may want to try to titrate up the dose starting at 1 pill per day for 3-4 days, then 2 pills until you work your way up to 4 per day.

We recommend that all customers take our products for a minimum of 3 months in order to see results, as you are more likely to see progress at 90 days. We also recommend that you download and use our free app to start tracking your progress. Remember, your burning fat and the scale wont change as much as it would if you were burning fat and lean mass.
