Hi Pat, thanks for your feedback! Motus is not a quick fix product. We recommend that all customers take our products for a minimum of 3 months in order to see results, as you are more likely to see progress at 90 days. We also recommend that you download and use our free app to start tracking your progress. Remember, your burning fat and the scale wont change as much as it would if you were burning fat and lean mass.
