I've been using Tonum's Motus supplement for over a year now. It's an absolute game changer for me. Not only does it help me manage my appetite, it also helps me have more energy throughout the day, and supports better sleep at night. I've lost 37 pounds so far and I feel pretty good about myself. The people at Tonum were so amazing by checking up on me and my progress. Their encouraging emails almost felt like I was having a positive conversation with them at the kitchen table. I'll never switch to another supplement because it works and the company is amazing!

Disappointed in results felt more hungrier instead of less. I would like to get some money back if I could the commercial on TV was very convincing. I’ll just keep doing what I’m what I have been doing.

Not about the company or product actually ( motus.) I literally thought I would end up in ER. My entire gi tract was burning. I have ibd so I think it was just not a good choice to try on my part. Not sure if its a good idea for people with underlying issues.
