Shopped around for a retractable beds over, and got a Great deal from Tonneaucovered on a Retrax One MX. Came out awesome.

TonneauCovered.com is the best place to buy your bed cover. Excellent customer service provided by Peter in sales and Katleen after the sale. Thanks for taking care of me.

Had a great experience with tonneaucovered. Great price and delivery right on time!!

One of the clasps on my new cover was broken when it arrived. TonneauCovered contacted Undercover and I received new clasps and straps in a timely manner under the warranty.

My experience has been nothing but good, this company has come through and come through quickly every time a warranty situation has arose so I have nothing but good things to say about Tonneau Covered, keep it up y’all

They were super helpful, gave great advice on different covers. Price is unbeatable and fast shipping.

I ordered a Retrax Pro MX retractable cover from TonneauCovered.com after doing quite a bit of research and talking to my forum friends who had positive experiences with them. When the tonneau arrived, the rails unfortunately were not the right type (I ordered it with the stake pocket cutouts for use with my bed cage). Being a weekend I figured I'd just call and leave a message and to my surprise...the customer service team texted me back immediately to confirm what the issue was! Shaun was great and understood exactly what the mixup was and connected me with Katleen, who got it all squared away in a matter of minutes! Overall I'm extremely happy with the excellent customer service and unbeatable prices, you guys definitely earned my business now and in the future!

I had a great experience with TonneauCovered. I worked with Peter, who was patient and helpful, as well as quick to answer my million questions. He helped me navigate differences between similar covers I was considering, and ultimately helped me quickly place my order. The pricing cannot be beat. I paid $200 less all said and done than I would have anywhere else. When I got my cover, there was damage to the rail from shipping. Kathleen and the support staff helped me quickly file a claim and within 48 hours they were able to schedule a completely new cover to be sent to me. They also provided easy-to-follow instructions for how to handle the damaged cover. I would absolutely purchase from them again!
