I have added your QOVA, powder to my waterbottle that has already a variety of support nutritional products I sip throughout the 2 plus hours Im in the gym...I blow by folks a third my age, many ask me my secrets, my routine is rigorous, no stopping for.the entire session...the QOVA, has added a pleasant intensity, focus & control to my 2 hours plus workouts, the gym is my "Laboratory ", any supplements I test, gets a thumps up or down in the gym where I can notice any suttle pluses or minius....QOVS, is a 5 star plus to my regime, my regiment, my pursuit of ," Quality of Life",for as long as possible! I use the Qova product and absolutely love it. You never know how these powders will taste, but I look forward to my daily drink. It helps me sleep better at night, I usually wake up and stare at the ceiling for hours... but this really helps. This is my second month so I'm eager to see the aging claims fulfilled. I also want to give a shout-out to their customer service. My order exploded in transit (god-awful heat of summer in the south) and even though they didn't have to, they replaced the bottle for me. I'll be a customer for a long time! Thank you Toniiq!

I can feel the increased clarity and energy as well as feeling faster recovery

I am a believer in Toniiq supplements. I have been taking them for years. The fact that you are third-party tested is the reason I first gave Toniiq a try. I have just begun QOVA but I like that there are multiple quality supplements in this product.

I've spent years trying to convince my sweet tooth we weren't taking dessert applications three times a day. It ignored every meeting... until Berberine from Toniiq showed up. Now, I'm not saying it's magic. If it were, it'd come with a wand and a theme song. But somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't wandering into the kitchen looking for cookies like I was on a government-funded snack inspection. The capsules are easy to take, the quality has been consistently excellent, and I appreciate that Toniiq tells you exactly what you're getting instead of hiding everything behind a "proprietary blend" that sounds like witness protection for ingredients. For me, it's become one of those supplements I don't want to be without. Better cravings, better routine, and a whole lot fewer arguments with the candy aisle. Five stars. Sometimes the toughest thing to tame isn't your appetite... it's your sweet tooth. This stuff helped me finally get the upper hand.

So far, so good. It’s been about a week, but I definitely look forward to taking it every day. Flavor is good.

Excellent customer service and follow-up. Website is easy to use and products were available at a decent price. I will definitely do business with Toniiq again!
