Consumer
Counterfeit
I am submitting this complaint to report receipt of a counterfeit supplement purchased through Amazon. The product I received does not match the manufacturer’s authentic product or its official product description. Specifically, the labeling is missing required information such as serving size, milligram amounts, and supplement facts that appear on the genuine product and the manufacturer’s website. While the packaging appears convincing at first glance, these discrepancies indicate the item is not authentic. This is a serious concern for both consumer safety and product integrity. Supplements are ingestible products, and the absence of accurate labeling makes it impossible to verify contents, dosage, or safety. As a result, I am unable to use the product. I paid over $30 for what was represented as a legitimate item and instead received a counterfeit product. I am requesting that this issue be formally investigated, that the seller be reviewed for compliance, and that appropriate corrective action be taken. I am also concerned that other consumers may unknowingly receive the same counterfeit product. I can provide photos of the product, order details, and a comparison with the manufacturer’s authentic labeling upon request.
