I was very disappointed when my perfect fitting, near new white shorts started puckering near the hem and had low expectations reading the customer service reviews. However, TB answered my initial complaint email overnight and after I sent them a photo and the receipt, immediately agreed to exchange them. The free returns slip was sent the next day and my replacement shorts received within a week. Thank you, TB, for being so responsive - fantastic customer service!

Went shopping at the Tommy bahama store in the Oaks in Oklahoma City. I was help by a lady named Beverly. She always helps me when I go in…..although I spend too much. What great customer service. Beverly suggested items for me to try on. I ended up spending nearly $1500.

Fast shipping and really nice colour, design and materials. Made in Vietnam NOT cheap nasty china. I don't understand what all the bad reviews are about? I find this brand luxury and beautiful. I was shocked at how good my dress was, it's a cotton and spandex blend and made so light like paper so in the heat it's like I'm wearing nothing. It doesn't wrinkle so I can take it on vacation and I'm hoping they follow through with the $50 gift card for purchases over $250 because I'll be waiting for it to buy more clothes. The dress isn't too short but it is big so I'm guessing it's the proper size large not how these fast fashion cheap crap brands say large and it's more like an extra small, another trade mark of china made junk. Not this brand!! I'll go in person to the store next time as this size seems larger on me.

Excellent customer service. Have bought many of their comfy higher end sweatshirts, and recently bought a polo shirt that was on sale. After just a few wears, the inside collar showed a lot of pilling. Never saw so much wear in such a short time. Sent a picture to their CS and they called me, asked for info off the tag and promptly issued a refund. Rarely does a company call these days to resolve an issue, so accolades to them.
