Their polo shirts were once the best. A few years ago, they made them a lot shorter, then recently the frabric changed and the quality is just rubbish. What genius in that company decided to destroy such a good brand ? I will not be buying this brand anymore.

Well, I can only agree with the low ratings. Three polo shirts all ripped on the seam at exactly the same place…unlucky was their response. Once they were good, now their quality is awful.

Ordered online August 11th … 2026 … it’s August 24th … still has not even shipped … have called into customer care multiple times … they have no idea what’s going on … it’s very bad online purchasing portal experience so far … Rick / Canada … 🇨🇦

Read the fine print when ordering expensive furniture from Tommy Bahama online. There are absolutely no returns for any reason other than a damaged item. Customers may be stuck with items that do not fit with their homes.

Tommy Bahama offers "friends and family events" does not include new arrivals and many online selections. "Excluded from all promotions" is noted for many items. Will not be shopping there again.

As all others have stated,customer service has gone way downhill here. Had a couple of gift cards for store and they couldn’t help me. Will be shopping other places.

It is near impossible to get a hold of a live person to talk to. The hold times are well over 50 minutes every time I tried to call. I have called four times with no success. I've tried submitting three online requests to resolve an issue with no success there as well.
