Ordered two shirts. First, silk, and wrinkled beyond looking decent when washed according to the instructions. Second shirt, bad material...hot, sleazy, did not breathe. Both on sale, so could not return but $150.00 down the drain. Customer service responded with empty pep talk about how they value my feedback so very much.

Had 4 pullovers, 2 with collars and 2 without. Fabric is pulling away from the insignia. Tiny holes but getting worse. They stain easily and have to spray Shout on spots as soon as I take them off. Very pricy for such poor quality.

Absolutely horrendous customer service - non existent. Says 14min wait time. 30min+ and still no one. Can't believe they stay in business. Ordered next day air delivery. Been a week still no item.

The customer service number is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Can’t get thru, never call back when asked to leave a callback number. The wait time is an ABSOLUTE LIE!!! Then I get an email request to rate my customer service call with ( I won’t mention the name) but I never spoke to a person. Tells me someone falsified their call back stats. This place is SIMPLY AWFUL, shame on this management!!!!!

Bought a 17 inches Tommy Bahama beach chair on Amazon. After only using it two ir three times the screws in both arm handles fell out. Was told to go to Walmart and buy a repair kit. Fixed the arm chairs. Now the aluminum arm chair has rusted away . I realky think i got a defected item. Will never buy Tommy Bahama chair again.

I am heartbroken. I fear the quality has gone down. I STILL have my TB Camp shirts from years ago - all still good. But the two recent ones with patterns fell apart. 1) one has a pattern and the patterns have become holes. 2) the other one - also a pattern - I wore two times. Still looks perfectly pressed. ( I am a female and I buy large and wear then loose over another shirt as an outer wear. I took the shirt out of the closet and placed it on the bed. To my astonishment - BOTH sides under the arms were COMPLETELY DISINTEGRATED. Baffled -I looked at all my other silk shirts - no problem. And - no perspiration - as the shirt is worn loose and over another top. It was truly the strangest thing. What has happened with TB production!?
