For one hour and 45 minutes and then I finally had someone to call me back which they did in an hour and a half. I had ordwres 2 kids chairs in May 30th. The lady that day helped me arrange to get 2 matching chairs with the matching canopies for free. I decided to try to get 2 more of the same exact chairs and they would not honor the free canopies they said I could only get one per order.

Love the style of their clothes. Have bought at least 50 items over the years, but the quality has gone downhill. And to make things worse they do not stand behind their products. After a year, two zippers broke on their $120 shorts, and recently after a few washings, the polo shirts developed holes… too much money to spend on inferior products. I am done with them!

Longtime customer…but My last 3 orders have had issues of being sent incorrect items, every delivery date is postponed and then does not even arrive on that date!! FedEx is the worst source for their delivery. Love their items… now I don’t think it’s worth the frustration each order brings.
