I ordered two t-shirts. Advertised as made from a cotton-linen blend I thought the £64 price reasonable. However the items were 100% polyester, unbranded, shabby, ill-fitting and badly made. The minimum postage for returning them to China was £29, which, with no guarantee of a refund, would have been good money after bad. The rip-off name (Tom Hollinger, for the more recognised Tom Hollister) is a red flag; so is the product description in German. Don't go anywhere near this rogue company!

Took ages for shirt to arrive and quality was poor. Threads started to come off the seam after one wash. Avoid!

I am extremely disappointed with this jacket. I ordered size XL, but the item I received is unbelievably small — it looks more like a size S, maybe M at best. The sizing is completely inaccurate and misleading. The quality is also very poor. The jacket arrived with no brand tag, no size tag, no label — nothing at all, just like a cheap, unbranded product. Even though I was given a tracking number, it was useless, because it constantly showed ‘tracking not available’. To make things worse, the return has to be sent abroad at my own cost, and the return shipping fee is very high. This makes the whole purchase even more disappointing and absolutely not worth it. I do not recommend this item at all.

Never buy anything from this guy clothes absolutely rubbish no response to any of my emails paid £288.99 that’s not even worth £60 and that’s being generous what a scammer. Could not post back to china to god dam expensive they not uk based as advertised my credit card company can’t do anything because I’ve still got the crap he sent. Please please don’t order from these people. If I was rich I’d pay them a visit for sure

Took over three weeks to arrive, shiny polyester (NOT 'premium material' as described), ordered XL to be safe but comes up pretty tight. On the plus side colour and design are great. But I certainly won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

It has been almost a month since I placed my order. I have NOT received my order and I am being ignored after requesting a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY PLEASE.

Do not buy from them! Customer service is awful. I brought some shoes for my mum, and they were too big, and the quality is bad. Contacted then via email, as this how they do there returns. The only way to return them, is by posting them to China. They wont cover the return cost. They offered a discount voucher, but no refund. Stay away, as youll be at a loss. They also stop replying to your emails. So stay away.

Sent the wrong item then refused a refund. Sizing awful and quality poor
