Absolutely cheap garbage. Don’t waste your money. They excel in taking amazing looking pictures…They pretend to be a german company but they drop ship from China. The reviews on their website must be fake. Absolute scam.

Ordered 1st then read reviews was going to cancel my order but decided to let it run. Put order in on 12th December had tracking info daily once order was dispatched arrived today 21st December which was better than thought... Ordered two jackets one XL and one XXL both was true to size and great quality. So overall great experience and will purchase again.

Very poor customer service. I have ordered and after reviews i cancelled within 1 hour after i bought. Sent messages, emails, called, and no one answer about canceling the order and refunding. This website should be banned, this company should be reported to the authorities and getting them in jail! Claim to be from USA, comes from CHINA, a lot of bad reviews, why aren't these people already banned and jailed? Looking forward to my response within 48 hours, or will definitely report to the relevant cyber crimes authorities and scam websites.

The product I received does not match the images or quality shown on the website. The elbow patches are advertised to look thick and suede/suede-like, giving the impression of a premium garment. In reality, they are thin synthetic fabric of very poor quality. The item also arrived with poor stitching, including a hole, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised this, customer service refused a full refund, repeatedly quoting their own “policies” instead of addressing the fact the product was not as advertised. I was told I could either accept a partial refund or pay significant return shipping costs to China, despite this being an online purchase marketed to UK customers. This experience shows misleading advertising, poor quality control, and unfair after-sales practices. I would not recommend purchasing unless you are prepared for a fight if something goes wrong.

I ordered a jacket from this website believing it to be a UK-based retailer, as the site is presented in English (UK) and prices are shown in GBP. At no point during checkout was I informed that the item would be shipped from China. The jacket that arrived was not the product advertised. The item received is materially different in design and fabric from the product images shown on the website, including different materials and overall construction. I attempted to cancel the order prior to delivery and this was refused. After delivery, customer support confirmed that their warehouse is located in China and instructed me to return the item to China at my own expense in order to receive a refund. Only partial refunds were offered as an alternative. I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision.

Like everyone on here, its the same thing. They looked good on the website but large was a small Chinese man large and not a UK large so I gave the jacket to my 15 year old niece as it fit her. Tried to send it back but the jacket was £80 and it would have cost £45 to send it back to china. What a waste of time and money this company is !! Do not use they will just take your money and move on to the next victim.
