Tom HollingerReviews of tomhollinger.com

As soon as I ordered within 5 minutes I cancelled as I realised this wasn't based in UK. But of course it was already shipped ( scam) arrived very poor quality. Emailed them and was insulted by a 10% refund, as to post it back to us will cost you about £20 and we might not recieve it(scam) so you won't get your money back. Wish I had taken the advice that was on here and not ordered at all. The website shows a quality company, but its cheap rubbish that can't be returned. Don't let these people have your money

I'm reading bad reviews about this company.

Lovely jumper for my husband. Good fit. Exactly as described and delivered on time. Very pleased thank you.

Appalling -clothing stank of damp and mold, very poor quality material, loose threads, nothing like the pictures so arranged a return to find I have to pay the shipping costs....back to China so basically £40 down the drain. Unhelpful customer service...never again.

I would give minus 10 stars if I could. Now they have emailed me after 30 days of no receipt of item that they haven’t got it in stock but won’t give me a refund and tell me I can have another item that looks similar! I have been asking for a refund for weeks! They said item was on its way and delivery was imminent! What a joke! I am now taking it up with the bank to pursue. We need to get this scam company shut down. Don’t buy any of one of two positive reviews!

Worst worst fake conning brand and retailer. Never buy from them. They have taken my money and not sent me my item and their customer service is beyond terrible. I am still chasing them for a refund!!!!

Good quality design And gratefully received when opened for Christmas

Good product and customer service is responsive.
