This company is a scam, do not purchase anything from this company. I bought and returned a jacket and they are now refusing my refund by obfuscation.

Like others, I should have read reviews before placing an order with this dodgy company. Ordered a jumper for Christmas on 12 December. It arrived on 29th. Didn’t realise it was being sent from China, the website looked like it was in the uk. I ordered a large size but it won’t even go over my husband’s head.. he often has a medium so this has come up very small and it’s terrible quality. There’s no return label or any information of how to return and the website doesn’t give straight forward information. They do their best to avoid items being returned by saying if it’s been opened it will not be refunded. It also says must be returned within 14 days but what’s the chances of it getting there in 14 days when it didn’t get here in 14 days??! As for saying returns must be packaged well, it didn’t arrive packaged well. It was squashed into a bag that was far too small and looked like a piece of rag. I’m sure most people ordering are not aware the order is being shipped from China. I feel totally ripped off. I’m not even going to bother returning because the chances of getting a refund are low to non existent. I’ll write the £40 off even though it stings doing so. Another lesson learned.

Item delivered was extremely POOR quality and was not as per the advertisement. Aftersales was a shambles i was advised i had to return to China at my cost!!! They finally agreed to 50% refund as a 'good will gesture' I would not use the item to wash my floor. Very poor
