Too many basic mistakes such as names and missing parts to translate
It was cheap and the replies were fast so that was good but the quality of work was very questionable. I asked them to translate my marriage certificate. Even through it was in my email signature multiple times, they made a mistake with my name, came up with a very odd translation that it seemed like they almost made up as it did not make sense. They missed a few parts of the document to be translated and also made a mistakes with my husband's name. Never had to check the translated document this thoroughly and keep pointing out the same thing. Also, I would keep correcting my name as they were not calling me with the correct name but they never got it correct which is very unprofessional and rude. At the very end, when we received a translation certificate (which we had to ask...), they got my name wrong again.
