It is not possible for me to explain how excellent this experience was. I would kill to visit the store in person. Two honyaki purchases, over the course of a month, 1 required a resharpening, but EVERYTHING was taken care of. The process even in the return and receiving it back was impeccable. Boris does amazing work and Tony should continue to be proud of the store and his staff.
