I returned a knife for service and UPS…
I returned a knife for service and UPS delayed delivery of the returned item. Tony promptly send a replacement knife without waiting on UPS to fix the situation. Excellent customer service. Prompt email communication. Please give this company your business.

Amazing customer service
I ordered a Dao Vua Knife and it was actually very good except for a small portion of the tip that wouldn't hold it's sharp edge. I mentioned the minor issue in my initial review. Honestly, I was still quite satisfied with my purchase. Too my surprise, Tony Maciejewski, the company owner wrote to me telling me that I should keep, in his words "the dud" and he was sending me a replacement. Wow! Where do you get that kind of customer service. Thanks so much. I love my knife, and I really like you company. Good luck with your future business.

I had an excellent experience!
The customer service was great and replied to my questions quickly! The pictures of the knives were very clear and the descriptions are thorough. I was well informed before I bought the knife and I felt assured with the no questions asked return policy.

Great experience with Tokushu
Great experience with Tokushu as always, order a masakage petty and they didn’t have the handle so they contacted me right away and even applied a discount. Quick shipping and great products couldn’t ask for more !
