I recently bought a Takamura SG2 210mm Gyuto from Tokushu. This was my second transaction. The Takamura arrived quickly after ordering, was packaged like a battle tank - extra foam cubes placed in the box wedging the knife in place and then overpacked with the same kind of care. The real wowza came as I inspected the flawless quality of the knife itself. The fit and finish is sublime and the edge was hairsplitting sharp. Not many knives come with an edge like this OOB. It was quite obvious that someone at Tokushu had inspected this blade and made sure it was crazy sharp, saving me the time to do so myself.

Amazing and beautiful knife. I messaged them asking for a machi gap for my NAKAGAWA HAMONO Silver #3 Kasumi Sujihiki 240mm and Tony replied almost immediately. This is some of the best customer service I have ever received. The fit and finish of the sujihiki are perfect. I definitely recommend Tokushu Knife!
