Ordered a knife and a handle in the morning and it was shipped later that day. What makes this company special is that I received an email from Tony (Owner) within a few minutes to make sure that I wanted them to remove the original handle and install the new one. I also had a special request to have the original handle sent with the knife. Not only did they they have the handle installed and shipped within less than 8 hours, but I received the knife and it was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Tokushu to anyone looking for a knife.

Overall, I like the quality and workmanship of the knives. They are generally what I expected based on the other reviews I read. The knives came fairly quickly as I ordered the sharpening service but I was a little disappointed in the sharpness.

I recently bought a Yu Kurosaki gyuto from Tokusho Knife, and it is beautiful. It arrived quickly and was well packaged for shipping. It was even better than advertised, and I used it a lot the same day it arrived. Great knife company, I will buy more from them.
