TokenTaxReviews of tokentax.co

I am so thankful for Elle, Daniel, Darren and Zain for getting me over the tax goal-line. There is never any fun when preparing for the anxiety-inducing tax work. This Team held my hand through the entire process and made sure I was prepared for the next step. They listened to every need and executed beyond my expectations. I will be a customer again next year and so should you.

The team is responsible, receptive and empathetic to filing taxes with Crypto. I felt safe trusting them with my value and their service was prompt and comprehensive.

The information and data they supplied in the reports was exactly what I needed. My CPA suggested that we do an amended return on my 2018 taxes. I purchased BTC on one exchange and traded (sold) for a different crypto on the second exchange. Going through the exchange histories I was at a complete loss of how to figure out the tax code on over 150 sales/trades on two exchanges in 2018. (Yikes, talk about stressed out) I had one minor glitch transferring my history from Coinbase and sent an email to TT requesting some assistance. Jackson with customer service responded within several hours and provided the solution that I had over looked. I am not real intuitive with computers and it was my lack of understanding the problem and not the Token Tax software. It was an easy fix. I met with my CPA yesterday and it looks like I will be receiving approx $3000 refund for 2018. Last night was the best nights sleep I have had in months. 2021 taxes are going to be a breeze thanks to the Token Tax reports.

Tokentax was a lifesaver when filing my crypto taxes. So efficient and easy. Yes you need to file taxes for crypto. Get a good accountant like tokentax. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and extremely easy platform to use. Jackson was very responsive and gave great customer service! Definitely will use again.

Going through all my transactions was a bit of a headache at first, but the team really came through and made the process much simpler. It takes a little work on your part, but I'm very happy with the program, the results, and especially the team.

Incredible people working, very transparent and helpful, very professional, great work would recommend over and over take care of me

Worst ever crypto tax company I have experienced. Their customer care sucks. They don’t listen to your needs and use misinformation to sell their products. Beware that they will only provide 1 tax form instead of the whole bundle of 3 that is required to file your crypto tax in the US. If you want more forms they will push you to buy their tax services. Don’t waste your money with them. I wish I can give them a negative points here. Reply to Token Tax: If you have any intention to help someone then you should just refund the money for not providing satisfactory services instead of that your staff is justifying that the customer is wrong and you are correct. I am sorry but this is not how you satisfy your customer. Your competitors are providing all 3 forms and have better service too. So good luck. You can fool us once but we will realize and stop using your services and product as better one is available. Poor quality product don’t buy it.
