The contradictions you are referring to likely reflect differences between our TM Grade and the 30 Day Price Predictions, which were calculated using different models. I can confirm that the 30 Day Price Prediction has been updated, as it has now become a new and improved 7-Day Predicted Return, which we believe will forecast trends in the market with higher accuracy. Our Insight articles highlight Deep Dives, Code Reviews, and Projects On Our Watchlist, which would be analysis used to determine the validity of these projects for the long term and how these projects would hold up in a bear market (projects with Technology scores of 85% or greater are the best picks). The platform takes care of the shorter time frames such as evaluation on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly time horizon, which is why you see this inconsistency. Good afternoon and apologies for the inconvenience! I can confirm that customers have the option of either a Monthly or Yearly subscription. The Monthly subscription would bill and renew each month, while the Yearly subscription would be a lump sum payment, which equates to a lower cost compared to the month-to-month option (equivalent to 3 months free). Like all subscription services, if you do not opt to cancel the auto-renew function, then you would be billed at the end of the given period, which was likely the case here. Nonetheless, I am sure if you had reached out to our Support team that a refund was issued for the charge. If this is not the case, then I would definitely love to connect and review your account since I am unable to search you with the current info available on TrustPilot. As with all subscription based services, our service does auto-renew unless cancelled or you have reached out to our CS team to prevent the renewal. I am sure we provided you a refund for the charge, as we also honor these requests within 7 days of the renewal, which we believe is optimal time to determine an interest of pursuing the platform further between the trial and the grace period.
