Product arrived fast, simple setup, and most importantly, works as advertised. While the unit itself gets a little warm, no issues or concerns that it would damage my cpu. I'd highly recommend for anyone with a MacBook Air that wants to run dual or triple external monitors.

I ordered the UDS033 to use my MacBook Air M1 with 2 external screens - it works! Took longer than expected to arrive in the EU, but still within the 15 days time frame.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Judy for her awesome customer service. She was very prompt and helpful in shipping out the EU adapter I needed and even provided me with the tracking information. I appreciate her kind words and support. Thanks again, Judy! Your efforts made a big difference.

I had to return the product as it was not compatible with my laptop. My fault entirely as it was stated clearly in the specs. Tobenone could not have been more helpful throughout the returns process and my payment was returned to me without issue.

Tobenone's tech support service is one of the best I've encountered! In a recent exchange, Judy was very fast to get back to me when my docking station power supply failed, leading to me receiving a replacement in short order. Highly recommended!

Judy has been the best support I have received online for the longest time. She was understanding and patient with my needs. I hope other persons and support companies with the above and beyond customer service Judy provided. She was thorough with the troubleshooting process and provided direct information to allow me to assist in the most efficient matter. I would rate my experience higher if I was able to. Kudos!
