Great customer service! I had a missing cable in the box (not at fault of the company) and couldn't figure out how to make everything work. The customer service with this company was very attentive and responsive and helped me solve my issue. I now have a great working system. Thank you!

good delivery and product

Nice and clean ordering, payment and shipment, all the way over here to Europe and Norway.

Transaction was easy and the price was reasonable. They provided tracking information all the way. Love this docking station, it takes up minimal room on my desk.

The response team from customer service is what made my response 5 Stars. I had an issue and they solved it quickly. The issue was my fault and no fault of the product.

It was refreshingly pleasurable doing business with Tobenone. I purchased 25 docks from the website on Dec 18th and literally hoped and prayed that the docks will arrive in one piece before the end of the year - so some newly formed floating spaces could be outfitted and ready for the new year. To my surprise, I got an email from Judy -with their customer support team- the next day asking what my expectations were regarding delivery given the holiday period. I expressed the importance of receiving the items before year end and to my pleasant surprise, she informed me she was expediting my order at no extra charge and even gave me the estimated day they would arrive. Packages arrived a day early and on top of that she followed up to make sure the packages were received intact. I never expected this kind of service given it was my first time purchasing directly from Tobenone. This experience has convincingly reassured me that great customer service is still alive and kicking. This was a great interaction to end my year and I hope to come back for more as the need arises. Did I mention that the docks are also great?

Nice docking that works! My order was delivered within a week while they said 10-15 business days. That being the first surprise it really worked out of the box. Very solid case and good quality. Although I haven’t tested it thoroughly yet, i’m happy with it so far
